With over three decades in SAP logistics and ERP systems, Brian has consistently demonstrated an ability to manage large-scale, transformational projects. This technical expertise is now bolstered by training in iPEC’s Core Energy Coaching™ methodology, which emphasizes sustainable change by addressing internal beliefs and energy levels. Brian is uniquely positioned to coach teams and executives through transitions, ensuring alignment of IT and business strategies with personal and organizational growth objectives.

Brian’s extensive background in SAP project management—such as leading multi-plant implementations with FDA validation—highlights a methodical approach to problem-solving. The skills he gains from Module One of the iPEC program will supplement this expertise with powerful questioning techniques, active listening, and the ability to create safe, trust-based environments for clients. This combination ensures both technical and interpersonal challenges are met effectively.

Having fostered strong client relationships and delivered end-user training during SAP implementations, Brian is adept at empowering others. iPEC training builds on this by teaching techniques to unlock potential, overcome limiting beliefs, and cultivate growth. His ability to guide clients—whether individuals or organizations—through technical and personal transformations is strengthened.

The completion of Module One of iPEC’s ICF-accredited program ensures adherence to high coaching standards. Coupled with a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and certifications in production planning and integration, Brian has the  ability to handle both technical and leadership-oriented coaching needs
