We are searching for the following individual to join our team:

Sales Associate

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell professional services and some supporting software products using honest, value-based conversations with existing and prospective clients
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
• Reach out to client leads through cold calling and other door-opening techniques
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Report to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Record activities and results in the customer relationship management software system and use that system to plan new and existing client strategy
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Attend industry events and other networking functions
• Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
• Highly motivated and target driven with a demonstrated interest in sales
• Commitment to the process of sales, including the use of data in identifying targets and an understanding of the value of providing data for market development and sales strategy
• Excellent selling and communication skills
• Demonstrated interest and ability to lead or support negotiations as necessary
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• A “self-starter” with a demonstrated ability to work alone and virtually while reporting back to the support team as appropriate
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
