About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Ariba Consultant to lead the implementation of the Buying & Invoicing (P2P) module. This role requires a unique blend of functional expertise in procurement and invoicing processes, paired with technical integration and configuration skills.

The consultant will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring both process requirements and technical execution align to deliver a successful Ariba deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Ariba Buying and Invoicing module.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from procurement and finance stakeholders.
• Configure Ariba Buying and Invoicing functionalities, workflows, approval processes, and integration touchpoints.
• Collaborate with SAP and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP (SAP ECC / S4HANA or other back-end systems).
• Support supplier enablement, catalog management, and invoice automation processes.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions with end-users and stakeholders.
• Drive system testing (SIT, UAT) and provide post-go-live support.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Ariba functional capabilities and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Ariba with a focus on Buying and Invoicing (P2P).
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier lifecycle management, and invoice reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience in Ariba configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with ERP integration (SAP ECC / S4HANA).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills

• Ariba certification (Buying & Invoicing).
• Experience with other Ariba modules (Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle, etc.).
• Previous involvement in multiple full-cycle Ariba implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Finance and Procurement modules.
